Business Valuation and Analysis: Nigerian Breweries Plc

Executive Summary

This is a business valuation and analysis on Nigerian Breweries plc (NB). The firm is a major player in the Brewery industry in Nigeria. The firm was valued using various methods and the valuation revealed that the firm is highly overvalued and this  might lead firm into the danger of engaging in value destroying acquisitions as posit by Jensen (2004).
This report also assesses the possibility of the firm going into bankruptcy in the next one year. The result show that NB is not a candidate for bankruptcy, all things being equal.
